They also help me to forget and not wallow in self\npity.  I\u2019ve been doing a lot of singing to get my voice in shape\nand things are coming along.   \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This\nweek the ingredient is shepherds.    It wouldn\u2019t be Christmas\nwithout them.  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks\nfor the comments and questions.
