Weekly Update 5/28/2017
Hello
My roommate is finally home. We are again visiting my Mom he is catching up on his TCM movies. The dog is thrilled he’s back. I’m glad to see him back too.
This week we are going to discuss the Jewish Sabbath, to this day observant Jews keep the Sabbath. The Sabbath was one of the topics that Jesus often disputed with the Pharisees and other Jewish elders. While God did command the Sabbath in the 4th Commandment Jewish leaders did add a lot of rules to God’s simple command. These were men’s laws not God’s laws. We should be careful in our own lives that we follow God rather than men.

Thanks so much for reading and have a good day at church.
