Hello
Although it is ironic to write this after bringing a snack in from the kitchen, we are going to talk about fasting this week. Fasting is an important spiritual discipline that practiced by many who went before us in following God. It is important to note that fasting varies greatly it can range from a total abstention of food and water or it can be a modified diet. The important thing is to bring us closer to God. That is the key to a spiritual fast. I have fasted for many years and will continue the practice both for spiritual and health reasons.
As for the questions we are going to talk about someone who fasted for a reason. Your job is to identify that person.
