Job 36:10
Hello,
Give the dramatic tenor of the times I should say I set out in my futuristic vehicle across the virus infested prairie searching for sustenance. Translation I took my new car grocery shopping. Also this weekend I hoped to be attending a church conference but since travel and gathering are out. We had it via Zoom meeting I attended a virtual conference. While I missed getting together with everyone it was still a nice conference with some good preaching. I seem to be doing well as a hermit, I’ve threatened to become a holy hermit (person not beer) before.
While I am doing well and thankfully keeping my job I am learning about self discipline while it would be tempting to spend my days on the couch with a bag of chips and box of cookies watching streaming videos that just can’t be. Discipline is the key to keeping me employed and occupied. Let’s talk about discipline in the Bible then for a week.
Thanks for the comments and questions. I always enjoy them because it means people are reading.
