God told Moses about the Sabbath when he gave the nation Manna. They were to gather twice as much on the sixth day as there would be none on the seventh day.

It is almost at the beginning specifically Genesis 2 describes the first Sabbath.

Hello,

Sorry If I’m busy this morning I didn’t have a topic last night so I prayed and went to bed. So this morning it’s a fast right while I’m having breakfast. People are keeping me very busy in retirement and I think I need to work on my “no” muscle. Otherwise it will be all doing for others and nothing for me. My knee is slowly getting better which is good.

The topic this week is Christian Rest. Which I don’t seem to be getting enough of.
