Were foreigners required to eat the Passover meal celebrated every year?

A foreigner could not eat the Passover meal. However in recent years Jews have invited others to the Passover meal as a way of explaining their faith.

Tough weekend I’ve been busy with a lot of things. We did have a nice church picnic today and except for my chair collapsing it was nice.
