Jesus is sometimes referred to as the “King of Kings”. Where is this description of Jesus found in the bible?

The phrase is used by Paul in his letter to Timothy and twice in the book of Revelation

Pilate wrote King of the Jews on a sign on Jesus cross. When the Jews asked him to change it what did he say exactly?
