God sent two angels to Sodom and Gomorrah.  Specifically, God sent the angels to investigate reports of sin.   Finding sin rampant the angels afterward destroyed the city. What sin did the men of the city try to do to them?  Which finally, resulted  in the angels destroying  the cities.
