Update 05/26/2019

Hello,

Wow. I don’t want to go through that again. I’m slowly getting better and at least am strong enough to type out some things. What happened to me was an infection followed by sepsis. The sepsis is nothing to mess with it’s a killer. So if you get it by all means get to an Emergency room now. In my case the symptom was shakes I couldn’t even hold a mouse. Thankfully my boss suggested I go to the hospital instead of home. Good medical care from the hospital. Thankfully I’m on the mend the biggest thing now being weakness.

This week the only appropriate topic is sudden death. We are going to talk about instances in the Bible of sudden death.

Thanks for the comments and questions. I always enjoy them because it means people are reading.

Update 05/19/2019

Just a quick update to keep everybody informed. I’m still in the hospital facing some major but hopefully short term health problems. Basically I got a very bad infection that went septic. It landed me in Intensive care for a couple of days. There are also some treatment challenges which are increasing the healing time. So for the time being due to health issues follow-up treatment etc. I’m going to keep the blog down for another week. We should restart a week from next Saturday. I should make a full recovery.

Thank you very much for all the prayers and good wishes.

Dave

Weekly Update 05/05/2019

Hello,

A busy week at work and a busy weekend here at home. My young friend was over for his monthly visit and he helped me with yard work. In return we went to the movies. We saw “Shazam” it’s a pretty good movie. Then we came home for pizza. After all I had to pay him for his work

This week it’s Mother’s day. Going up to see my Mom next weekend. At 89 there is no guarantee there will be another mother’s day with her. Also the topic is going to be scenes from motherhood. I will describe an incident from a mother’s point of view. You tell me the mother and children involved.

Thanks for the comments and questions. I always enjoy them because it means people are reading.
